Jennifer Kogut, LCMHC, is the founder of Frame of Mind Therapy and a dedicated mental health professional based in Charlotte, NC. With over 15 years of experience in various clinical settings, Jennifer is uniquely equipped to offer personalized support tailored to your journey. Jennifer specializes in helping adolescents and adults navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, disordered eating, eating disorders, trauma, and life transitions. Through both teletherapy and in-person sessions, she provides compassionate, evidence-based care to clients across North Carolina.
